Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create a profile, request NFC cards, or contact us, including names, profile content, links, contact details, order details, delivery information, and support messages.
We also collect limited technical and usage data such as page views, onboarding steps, clicks, device/browser information, approximate location, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide digital profiles, process card requests, support customers, improve onboarding, measure activation, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or payment obligations.
When payments are enabled, payment details are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Pocantra does not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, support, security, operations, and payment processing.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential browser storage for sessions, drafts, core functionality, and security. We may use analytics to understand profile activation, page views, and conversion flows. More detail is available in the Cookie Policy.
Retention and deletion
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, keep security records, and meet legal or financial obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting support@pocantra.com.
