Refund and Fulfillment Policy

Creating a digital profile is currently available without an upfront profile fee. Because no payment is required for basic profile creation, refunds do not apply to the free profile flow.

NFC cards are personalized physical products. Before payment or production, we confirm the selected pack, profile URL, card details, delivery area, price, currency, and expected timing.

You can cancel a card request before payment or before production starts. Once a personalized card has entered production, cancellation may not be possible because the item is custom-made for your profile.

If a paid order has not entered production, we can usually cancel and refund it. If a personalized card has already entered production, refunds are generally not available unless the product arrives defective, materially different from the confirmed order, or cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery options, cost, timing, and eligible destinations are confirmed before payment. Delivery timing can depend on card quantity, personalization, print partner capacity, destination, and courier service.
